These Terms of Use (‘Terms’) govern your access to and use of the website www.myfirstgoal.in (‘Website’), the MyFirstGoal mobile application (‘App’), and all related digital services (collectively, ‘Services’) provided by Dhhuria Family Office Private Limited (‘Company’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’), a Private Limited Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having CIN U93090PB2017PTC046252, with its registered office at Street No. 2, Ganesh Nagar, Near Gaushala, Bathinda, Punjab 151001.

By accessing, browsing, or using our Website, downloading or using our App, or engaging with any of our Services, you (‘User’, ‘you’, ‘your’, ‘Investor’, ‘Client’) agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines. Dhhuria Family Office Private Limited operates under the brand name ‘MyFirstGoal’. We are registered with the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) as a Mutual Fund Distributor under ARN: 151181. Our GSTIN is 03AAGCD0871M1ZN.

We are engaged in the distribution of mutual fund schemes of various Asset Management Companies (AMCs) registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Our services include mutual fund distribution, PMS distribution, LAMF distribution, risk profiling, scheme recommendation, portfolio review, and related investor servicing.

Important Clarification:

• We are a Mutual Fund Distributor and NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (IA) under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.
• We do not provide investment advisory services, financial planning, wealth management, or any service that requires SEBI IA registration.
• Any scheme recommendation or suggestion provided by us is incidental to our mutual fund distribution activity and should not be construed as investment advice.
• We receive trail commission from AMCs for distributing Regular Plan mutual fund schemes. Commission is part of the scheme’s Total Expense Ratio (TER) and is NOT charged separately to investors.
• Investors are free to invest in Direct Plans directly with AMCs, which have lower expense ratios as they do not include distributor commission.

3. Eligibility

To use our Website and Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction).
• Be a resident of India or a Non-Resident Indian (NRI) eligible to invest in Indian mutual funds under FEMA regulations.
• Have a valid PAN (Permanent Account Number) issued by the Income Tax Department of India.
• Have completed or be willing to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as mandated by SEBI and AMFI.
• Have a valid bank account in your name for processing mutual fund transactions.

Investments in the name of minors can be made only through a parent or legal guardian in accordance with SEBI regulations. The guardian shall be bound by these Terms.

4. User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features of our Website and App, you may be required to create an account or register through our transaction platform partners (BSE STAR MF, Sanchay CRM, or the MyFirstGoal investor portal).

By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, OTP).
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@myfirstgoal.in if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that false, inaccurate, or incomplete information has been provided, or if these Terms have been violated.

Through our Website and App, we provide the following services:

• Mutual Fund Distribution — Facilitating purchase, SIP, STP, SWP, switch, and redemption of mutual fund schemes via BSE STAR MF platform.
• Risk Profiling — Online risk profiling questionnaire to assess your risk tolerance, capacity, and required risk.
• Financial Calculators — SIP Calculator, SWP Calculator, STP Calculator, SIP Step-up Calculator, SIP Delay Calculator, Child Education & Marriage Planner, Retirement Planning Calculator, Smart Retirement Planning Calculator, and Goal Planning Calculator.
• Portfolio Viewing — Access to your mutual fund portfolio, NAV, and transaction history (via integrated platforms).
• Information & Education — Blog articles, market updates, scheme information, and investor awareness content.
• Client Communication — Contact forms, callback requests, and WhatsApp integration for investor servicing.

6. Investment Risks & Disclaimers

Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully.

7. Commission Disclosure

In accordance with SEBI and AMFI regulations, we disclose the following:

• We earn trail commission from AMCs for distributing Regular Plan mutual fund schemes.
• Commission is paid by AMCs from the scheme’s Total Expense Ratio (TER). It is NOT charged separately to investors.
• SEBI mandates a full trail model of commission. No upfront commission is paid to distributors.
• Investors are informed about the availability of Direct Plans with lower expense ratios at the time of onboarding and at each transaction.

• We do not charge any advisory fees, consultation fees, or transaction fees to investors for mutual fund distribution services.

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total commission earned by us from your mutual fund investments in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This limitation of liability does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dhhuria Family Office Private Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, SEBI regulations, and AMFI guidelines.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bathinda, Punjab, India.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit the right of any party to seek interim or injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

21. Waiver
